Dear Tony & Silvana,

Just a short note to thank you both for your hospitality and warm welcome you gave my friends and I during our stay on the Gold Coast.

Our stay was for just seven days, and we chose to wine and dine at your quaint restaurant four out of those seven days. This in itself reflects your excellent personalities which shone every night, no matter how full your restaurant was. You both give 100% in service not just to my group but others dining as well. A difficult task which you seem to do with ease.

Fantastic food, excellent service, great entertainment & music and enjoyable meal every time guaranteed. Will be recommending anyone from Tassie to dine with you both. Keep up the good work. Our stay wouldn't have been the same had we not dined at "Alfresco's". Rating: 10/10. Will call again, thankyou.

Dear Alfrescos

Due to having spent a considerable amount of time as a manager of various businesses, I know how important feedback, both positive and negative, can be to the future of a business and thus I am taking the time to write to you and express my feelings towards your establishment.

I am writing to you re my previous visits to your establishment. I have attended your restaurant on numerous occasions for dining and drinks and have taken the time to inform you of what I experienced during those visits.

While I was there I found the experience to be fantastic to say the least, I experienced a level of service that was wonderful and could not be faulted.

Looking at the way you currently run your business I could not see any possible room for improvement, and the warm and friendly family atmosphere is what makes mee feel like returning in the future. I would also like to add that this will be far from the last time I intend to frequent your establishment.
